Yes, planning projects has been a long time coming, for me. I've been telling myself for a long time, that I should treat my woodworking projects like projects I work on at my job. It turns out, I don't even listen to myself :).

I've found that if I don't have a list of things I want to accomplish, I just "wander" through my time in the garage. I always feel better at the end of the day not finishing my list rather than haphazardly fumbling through unplanned tasks.

So far the slots I cut into the first part of the Outfeed Table have been enough. I thought I might need to extend them into the main table, but for now I have plenty of clearance.

How does your mitre gauge do when the outfeed support is up? Will a board clear the blade before the gauge butts into the table when it's up?

Thanks Torch. Darrell has a nice book on Greene and Greene Details. His book is called "Greene & Greene: Design Elements for the Workshop".

As for the new theme, I changed to this "basic" one, because the old one was causing some issues. I may stay with this or play around with it after I have more time.

Congrats on the new saw! I’ve seen the new SawStop PCS and it’s selling like crazy in my area (Chicago). It looks like a great price point alternative in the SawStop line, however (I think), the PCS is only a competitor of the Unisaw & PM 2000 in price, NOT features.

The SawStop safety feature aside (Which is difficult to put aside), a feature to feature comparison of the Unisaw and PM 2000 would need to be made against the SawStop Industrial Cabinet Saw.
